Mobikwik — Unethical late payment fee and penalty levied upon me

Upon me. I had reported this incident to the Mobikwik Zip pay later team via the help section; however, they asked me to elaborate the concern when I had already done so. Nevertheless, I again wrote the entire issue and uploaded it yet again in the help section.

To my utter shock, after waiting for 17 days for a resolution from them, I still have not received a resolution. Mobikwik app does not let me access anything on it till I pay the unethical charges of Rs.720 odd levied by Mobikwik Zip pay later services. If Mobikwik still persuades me to pay those by threatening me of spoiling my credit score, then I would report this incident to the Ombudsman. I want these charges to be waived at the earliest, else I would take escalate this case.

Updated by Sid Naik They also took Rs.10 for the mobile phone recharge cashback and paid it towards the charges which were being unethically levied upon me by them.
