[Resolved]  Mobikwik — unsuccessful recharge, money not refunded

Sir/Madam, I recharged my vodafone mobile no-[protected] of Rs. 97 on 24/12/2014 through mobikwik.com via web. but the recharge was unsuccessful. mobikwik -Transaction Id [protected]. then i wrote to mobikwik to refund my money . but till now they didn't refund my money. what should i do? conversation between mobikwik & me is below: TICKET #1768039Awaiting Your Reply TRX ID-[protected] FOR RS.97.00 MOB: [protected], NEITHER RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL NOR THE BALANCE IS REDUNDED TO WALLET.
