[Resolved] Mobikwik — unsuccessful recharge, money not refunded | |
Sir/Madam,
I recharged my vodafone mobile no-[protected] of Rs. 97 on 24/12/2014 through mobikwik.com via web. but the recharge was unsuccessful. mobikwik -Transaction Id [protected]. then i wrote to mobikwik to refund my money . but till now they didn't refund my money. what should i do? conversation between mobikwik & me is below:
