I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Mobikwik and its lending partner SMFG regarding the loan disbursed to me on 3rd November 2025.
On 5th November 2025, I contacted Mobikwik to cancel the loan as the cancellation option was not available on the platform. I provided all necessary proof to support my request. Despite this, no action was taken. From 11th November to 29th November, there was no callback or update on my ticket, despite my repeated follow-ups through text messages.
On 29th November, I again contacted customer support and was assured of a callback. However, I only received a response today after making 10–12 calls. Meanwhile, I have been receiving daily auto-debit messages threatening that if I do not pay, my credit score will be impacted. This continuous harassment has caused me severe stress and deterioration of my mental health.
I wish to make it clear that:
I have documented proof of all and shared the same in the ticket.
I am willing to repay the disbursed amount as of 5th November, when I first requested cancellation.
I demand immediate resolution of this matter and compensation for the harassment, mental distress, and negligence I have suffered.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Consumer Court and pursue legal remedies. I place full trust in the law and am confident that justice will prevail.
This matter requires urgent attention. Any further delay will only worsen the situation, and Mobikwik will be held fully accountable for the consequences.
