Mobikwik — user blocked | |||||
I have been using the id for long and last transaction was made on 18/sep/2017 after which my id was blocked, the company doesn't have a contact number or email address for queries or complaints to reach mentioned on their website and the only feature from help/support section to raise a ticket apparently doesn't work once the user is blocked. For updating pan details with account one can email [protected]@mobikwik.com Blocked id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

Absolutely right same with me for two days i'm also looking for a e-mail or contact no to complaint. I think we should report it to the RBI or any other concern govt. agency. As our hard earned money is blocked without any notification. There call center is also upgrading.
