Mobikwik — user is disabled for mobikwik account and money got suck | |||
As due to illegal transaction my mobikwik user account is disabled and my money got stuck in wallet, can you please activate the account or transfer my money to bank. I have already sent my id proof over mail and physical copy. If you need any thing please let me know I drop email but no one is responding my email and even i am logging ticket daily with mobikwik customer care but no one is responding. I have transferred ₹5000 to my bank account from wallet on 05.03.2019. ₹5187.62 was debited including charges whereas my bank was not received the amount. I keep on messaging but you people never responding with proper solution. Ticket#10627118 & ticket#10613679
