Mobikwik — user is disabled for mobikwik account and money got suck

Address:udyog vihar phas1, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122002

As due to illegal transaction my mobikwik user account is disabled and my money got stuck in wallet, can you please activate the account or transfer my money to bank.

I have already sent my id proof over mail and physical copy. If you need any thing please let me know

I drop email but no one is responding my email and even i am logging ticket daily with mobikwik customer care but no one is responding.

They don't have customer number so that i can contact.

I have transferred ₹5000 to my bank account from wallet on 05.03.2019. ₹5187.62 was debited including charges whereas my bank was not received the amount. I keep on messaging but you people never responding with proper solution. Ticket#10627118 & ticket#10613679
