Mobikwik — vodafone prepaid mobile recharge of rs. 500/- failed.

I am a legal practioner. I had paid rs. 500/- to mobikwik wallet for recharging vodafone prepaid account. The amount was debited to my bank account however, the same was not updated to my mobikwik account. I tried to check my mobikwik history. It is showing minus balance and invoice is also not generating. It is showing the "invoice is not found."
