Mobikwik — Wallet disabled without any information | |||||
I upgraded my wallet (Id - [protected]@gmail.com) through aadhar card and filled wallet with some money on 15th june 2017. I received an email same day from [protected]@mobikwik.com that my account is disabled and they want some proofs like identity proof and bank statement. I provided them all required documents and received a reply from them that they have re-activated my account. But, to my surprise they have disabled my id again without any information. I have been emailing them, but, haven't received any response. Wondering why mobikwik team is doing all this? They don't even bother to call and verify. We can't even talk to them as all the numbers provided on their site are not working. This is unacceptable specially where financial transactions are involved. Now my money is stuck in my mobikwik account and i can't even use it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
