Hi, My account got automatically locked and I am not able to recharge using my wallet. I had registered for the wallet using my new Microsoft Lumia 535 on 2nd November 2015. The ID is [protected]@outlook.com. I have already sent the re-activation request from sanjeeb.[protected]@hpe.com with all the details and Photo ID. regds., Rajashree Guha
