Mobikwik — Wrong charges applied on my account | |
Hello, My name is Devashish Wanve, on 12 Nov 2020 i am trying to buy gold, i tried but all transaction was failed, and in the mobikwik mob app, there is one enty shows that 499.50/- is paid to safe gold, i want to know that if the was paid the why gold units is not allocated? and when the gold units not allotted in my account the why i have to pay for it, i already raised a complaint on that on 24 Nov 2020 but i didn't get any satisfy answer or mail from mobikwik.Mobikwik team call me, msg me to do payment and charge me late fees of that transaction which gold units not alloted to my mobikwik account.and mobikwik charged a fees for nothing and also hit the cibil score. Fraudulently charged rs 149 while paying through zip mobikwik with no prior intimation. When complained it's under their help section.
