Mobikwik — Wrong deduction of money | |||||
Hello, my name is rudra mukherjee. On 2nd may, 2017 i recharged my number with rs.399. But transaction was failed and i got an error message. The problem is now that the amount has been debited from my bank account but the recharge is not done. I have also told mobikwik about this. The ticket number is-#6456307.
