Mobikwik — wrong imps (icici) transaction made. but receiver account inactive mode please refund my money back.

My account number[protected]. I have made icici imps transition made from mobiwik to instead of my account number i. E[protected]. Only last digit change. So i have spoken with icici customer care they said that account number was inactive mode for two years. Kindly give consent icici and review my transition and refund my money back. Kindly please find below attached file. Give high priority close it soon
