My bill was generated on 15th sept 2021 of amount 5000. I paid on 16th sept 2021. After paying, it is now showing “payment via zip are currently disabled. I kept that 5000 for my medicines but now I am unable to use it. Kindly reactive my zip so that I can avail service. As my current health condition is not good. I am also facing same problem in mobikwil zip pay later as today i paid my dues of 14369 but still mobikwik zip pay later is showing as disabled. I request you to please reactivate it

I am also facing same problem in mobikwil zip pay later i paid my dues of 13701 but still mobikwik zip pay later is showing as disabled. I request you to please reactivate it

I paid my bill 4 days earlier but im facing this issue, it saying "payment via zip is down due to technical difficulties". I have paid the money that i kept it pay for hospital bill but now im unable to borrow money.

I m also getting the same issue that services of zip in mobikwik are down due to operational issues. By when this services will be resumed and problem will be solved

Even I am facing the same issue that zip is not operational due to technical issues. Ridiculous service, no way to contact the customer care service to resolve the issue

My account is showing as user is disabled when i try to login but it is asking to pay the zip bill of 479 with penalty charges of 966
