I Do Payment of Mobikwik Zip Of 5000 Rupees. Money Deducted But Not Credited.

I have complain in mobikwik help section, but no any response from mobikwik.

I have been trying to pay the dues of zip of mobikwik since last two days, they are asking for 6digit atm pin code, but I have only 4 digit pin. Constantly trying to reach the customer care, but nobody responded till now. My complaint ticket numbers are 16997311 and 17032363. Kindly ask them to resolve this issue ar their earliest.

We would like to inform you that amount debited to merchant transaction from ZIP was added to the wallet under paylater balance which was used on subsequent transactions.

As on now you have INR 3645.5 in your paylater balance was can be used to make the repayment of INR 5, 000 the rest amount can be added from debit card to make the payment.

I am trying so many times to pay due mobivik zip amount. 3999.8 but unfortunately all the time failed all transactions. I contact customer support but ask me same questions try again . I tried alot to pay amount.. zip amount.

I have made the ZIP payment through google pay, money has been deducted from my account but it still showing balance due. If it remains same then i need to file fraud case against mobik in consumer court with all case included

My money was deducted by auto pay zip and the bill was generated. I wanted to pay the bill but my account is disabled and I am unable to login. Now the mobikwik people are adding penalty on penalty.
