I paid 2999/- for my coolpad A8 mobile combo as my display ha broken.Since the day I ordered they are switched off or not picking up my phone.Tried to contacted through email but they are saying we will deliver.Its 10 days crossed as per them its 3 to 5 days for online payment customers. I had purchased a honor 7x battery from mobile emart with following details:

Ordered on 16 september

Delivered on 22 september

I am facing issues with battery performance and it is malfunctioning, sometimes doesn't even charge properly. They are providing 30 days replacement for factory defects.

I have raised ticket on their portal and posted a message if same 2-3 days back but i haven't received any acknowledgement yet from their end.

Please find attach my bill for the purchasing done.

I ordered a new pair of mobile combo display of lava z91 on 4th of june 2020. When i checked my product after 2 days the product was still showing as pending but not shipped. When i tried to contact the company they were not attending the call. I called many times still they were not responding and they didn't call back. After 2 months my product was delivered and i got the message. It took too much time to get delivered. I didn't knew that product will reach to me, so i bought a new product. There was no option for returning the product so when i got the product on that day i returned the product. It's been over 2 weeks i returned the my product and i reported about this case, still no action was taken for my complaint, also wrote a complaint and mailed to their respective company. They replied about asking my order id and i gave them but still the money that i spent on my product was not yet returned to my account. So please, i hope you will find this complaint, take necessary actions and find out problems of every customer's.

I ordered an lava z91 combo display on 4th of june 2020 and my product was delivered on[protected]. It took almost 2 months for delivering my product that i ordered. So i bought a new display for my phone. When i got the call that my delivery of my product i just returned the display on the same date because the delivery took too long, and it's been over a week that money that i spent on my product was not returned to my account. Please i hope that you would take necessary actions and return of my money to my account.

I ordered for Nokia Lumia RM1190 Digitizer and Tempered glass online and I received it in 4 days.. Shockingly, when the digitizer did't work, they asked me whether I have remvoed the polythene sheet that they had enclosed. Obviously when the touch didnot work, I had remove that and check.. they simply vansihed saying warranty void.. while their marking is their on the back of the panel too. on other hand, they sent me a film type scracth guard for a un-usable digitizer screen claiming it is a tempered glass. Customer beware of this company and I think amazon or flipkart is far more reliable than this junk 420s..they says, their terms and conditions clearly says that removing lamination voids warranty but senselss guys does not even understand that, as part of testing, lamination has to be removed.. they have a pen marking on the back of the digitizer in non-transparent area which they are non considering for warranty.

I ordered moto g5s plus screen received a damaged screen. Tried calling mobile emart return and replacement mobile number many time they did not answered any of my call. After sending photos of damaged screen via mail and whatsapp they replied with no warranty. I received the good with damaged screen, not asking for refund i need replacement.

Hello sir/mam,
This is harshad solanki. My order#[protected]. I have order on 21july 2020. My expected delivery was on 31 july 2020.
Its now been 8 august 2020, still it has not shipped yet. I already mailed here on 30july 2020, it got answer it will be shipped next week. Now next week is also over its not shipped.
Unfortunately my mobile was getting to warm i had fixed it with new battery at near by store.
I would like to cancelled my order want my refund as soon as possible.
It can be canceled because its not yet shipped. Such a bad experience first and last.
I hope atleast refund will vr processed soon as now.
