I ordered for Nokia Lumia RM1190 Digitizer and Tempered glass online and I received it in 4 days.. Shockingly, when the digitizer did't work, they asked me whether I have remvoed the polythene sheet that they had enclosed. Obviously when the touch didnot work, I had remove that and check.. they simply vansihed saying warranty void.. while their marking is their on the back of the panel too. on other hand, they sent me a film type scracth guard for a un-usable digitizer screen claiming it is a tempered glass. Customer beware of this company and I think amazon or flipkart is far more reliable than this junk 420s..they says, their terms and conditions clearly says that removing lamination voids warranty but senselss guys does not even understand that, as part of testing, lamination has to be removed.. they have a pen marking on the back of the digitizer in non-transparent area which they are non considering for warranty.
Mobile E Mart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
