Sir, i had order panasonic eluga turbo touch screen digitizer on 25th may with order id[protected] and had paid an online payment of rs 1285/- through debit card. Expected delivery date was 1st june but my parcel has not yet dispatched or not getting any response from the company as company's phone numbers[[protected]/[protected]] are switched off... And also no response from their email support. Sir. Please help me to get my refund through the method it was paid. I think they are fraud as taking prepaid orders and not giving any option to cancel the order on their website.

Complaint marked as Resolved Just after writing the complaint here within a week they shipped the parcel with India post.and it has also been delivered to me one week before.the product ordered looks great like new and working fine..thank you team consumer complaint and the mobileemart..
