Beetel Magiq S7 Tablet — Non return of of tablet by the service centre | |||
In an impression that Beetel is reputed brand I purchased a Beetel Magiq tablet on 07.09.11at a cost of Rs.9800/- The product was not of good quality and was giving trouble. I deposited the tablet M/s Accel Frontline Services Limited, Chandigarh (The authorised service centre of Beetel in Chandigarh). The tablet was replaced but the replacement was also of the same quality. Last time I deposited my tablet with the service centre on 10th of July, 2012 vide call ID NO. CHD-BM[protected]DW. I also reported the matter to the Beetel customer care vide Ref. No. BT190954 dated 19.09.12 but the replacement is still awaited though a period of more then three months has elapsed. When I call the customer care it is replied that the product is out of stock. I want a final replacement now. I shall not go to either Beetel or service centre after that. Kindly take the matter with the Beetel and arrange the return of my product. My contact No. is [protected]. This mobile No. can also be used to tack the status of the complaint.
