HTC Desire V / Sulekha. Com — Sulekha false commitment and not delivering order on time | |||
Hi It is a horrible experience placing an order with sulekha.com and request all people reading this message to never place an order with them. I placed my order no. 254555 for HTC Desire V, the expected time of shipping was mentioned latest by 12.12.12, but when i tried the link sent to me for tracking the order it never showed the status and when i tried calling there helpline nearly more than 10 times lead me to no way as most of the times i was not able to reach that no. and moreover all there executives are always busy from 8 am to 8 pm When i called up 60004050, they said please call on toll free no., again i explained them i m not able to reach and after calling from other line they trusted me and transferred the call to concerned department, where an executive tells me its not been shipped out yet it will take another couple of days due to SOME SUPPLIER ISSUE,when you guys cannot run an online shopping site due to your suppliers, its an utter shame for an organisation and after shipping out it will take 3-4 days to get delivered, i want to ask is the stock coming from where!!!! The executive told we aonly tell shipping date not the expected time of delivery. Hello All,Im Madhava ordered HTC Desire-V , order no 11143 on 16 April 2013,i have frequently following up Kuansa till date 16 May 2013 not yet received.
never try to order product from kuansa
