I had purchased micromax a116 on 29th March 2013 but after 2 months i.e. May 21 2013 handset got dead. I was thinking it should be a softer issue or something like that but when i go to service center they told me it is and hardware problem and i have to wait for 6 days. I was ready for that and wait for 8 days instead of 6 days. i was contacted them on 8th day i.e. May 29 2013 but they told me it will take more time and not given me a time line. I called them so many times after that. Now they given me mmx customer care no for contact "[protected]" and I had contacted them as well on May 7 2013, they gave me complaint# [protected] and promise me to resolve this issue within 7 days that means almost a month after? I am very unsatisfied withe this service they should know that 1 month for service is not good. I am still waiting for my handset. It around 20 days already passed.
Please do thee needful if you can, Also they should give costumer 1 month additional warranty for this.
