I bought a Micro-max Tablet- 2300AB72461EB90 invoice number SI/JNR/11908 dated 10-Nov-2012 from 4th block, Jaya Nagar, Bangalore. The tablet was shown demo by the sales represent connecting it on the power adapter and I was asked to charge it for 6hours, since there was not enough battery power on the tablet.
The purchase was done by my friend as a Diwali gift for me and i am in Malaysia. He didn't charged the tablet after purchase and handed over to me on 12th, since he traveled from Bangalore to Malaysia on Sunday night(11-Nov-2012). After i kept the tablet on charging, i realized that it is not at all getting charged and the shop cheated us by selling a faulty tablet to my friend.
Its a Rs. 10500/- product purchase and they simply sold a faulty product to me. Don't know who can help on the same. I cannot run for any service center Kuala Lumpur as there is no Service center in Malaysia for Micro-max.
