It's regarding to Micromax Canvas HD - A116, purchased on 12th may '13. On 27 may i'm facing some problems in my mobile
1) Memory card not showing in Gallery, but it shows in ' File Manager'.
2) Mobile display was not clear, shows grid lines.
I visited same day to micromax authorized gallery to clear these problems, but service people said 'there is an display problem, & to change the new one, also will take 20-25 days minimum.' So, i submitted my mobile were i received my job sheet no. W[protected].
Actually before purchasing i'm compare between HD 116 v/s Samsung Grand Quanto. But finally bought HD A116 for good features & price. It's value for money phone.
Then why this problems happen after purchasing?
Also As helpline nos. - Micromax Customer Care Number for Smartphones[protected] is always busy, also service center nos. not contactable[protected] & [protected] were i submitted my Smartphone. On above all contact nos nobody can attend the call; I can't trace my mobile status. Daily I’m tried 4-5 times to contact with them but no answer.
I called up to Micromax customer helpline no. [protected], first they told will take another 7 days, again called up after few days they said 10 days to repair. Why this false commitment to the customer?
On 12 June i revisited service centre, 'mobile point, thane'. Were i faced very POOR, PATHATIC & UNEXPECTABLE service from him. When i asked, how many take time to repair for smartphone?, the service people said, "don't know, jab company se part aayega to mil jayega", what is means that?? Were i received an commitment from your call center executive- will receive in 7-8 days. But service people neglect.
Also i asked to service people, if your call center checking through job sheet no. & given status, then why this difference, mis communication with customer?? So, service people said, both systems are different...!!!,
i don't understand what is meaning that "different".
Sir, tell me one thing.....if someone open an particular authories service center & represent to that company, then what is your responsibility ?? - TO UNDERSTANDS THE PROBLEM, SOLVE THE SOLUTION & SATISFY TO CUSTOMER.
But here i getting very unexpectable answer (in service center).
I again called up call center, were executive given an commitment of 10 days, these are confirmation or false commitment.
NOW, TODAY COMPLETE A MONTH FOR MOBILE BUT STILL UNABLE TO USE IT.

i have bought funbook talk about 15 days back , i had problem finding 3G dongle for the device , i tried calling d helpline numbers but it is always not reacheable , and if it rings nobody answers it
