[Resolved]  Micromax Mobiles — consumer harassment

1. Rs 15500 I got Micromax Canvas HD in the month of March In August i started facing problem as phone was not charging properly . USB Cable was also not working. I went to your service center situated at C-9/213, Guru nanak Pura Opposite Ansal Building , near V3S mall, laxmi Nagar on 14 August 2013. it was a worst experience of my life. First of all i was there at 10:00 Am as i need to rush for my JOB. It may be noted that Service centre was closed at that time and i had to wait for one and a half hour as service centre was opened at 11:30. then i deposited my phone, battery and USB cable. staff entering my detail forgot mention in JOB Sheet that USB cable is also submitted. I told them that you have not mentioned USB cable but they said its okay mam. we remember that you have deposited USB cable. then i visited Service center on 30/08/2013 hoping that as 17 days are over so my phone might me treated then girl sitting over there told me to come on monday as promised to handover my phone along with USB on Monday i.e. 1/9/2013. i visited that place on monday but found it closed. then i visited on Tuesday but they told me that my phone is not repaired. finally i got message on 08/09/2013 that my phone is repaired and I collect it. I asked my friend to pick it up for me. when he reached there they denied to deliver USB cable same is not mentioned in Job Card. Finally i communicated over the phone and got USB Cable after huge fight. I got my phone back, but my phone was not working at all. Battery was not charging. they made my phone even in worst condition. Today i.e. on 11/09/2013 i again submitted my phone to service centre. Please note that i am a Practicing Chartered Accountant and i have to compromise with my work due to non availability of my smart phone. i had to visit service center for 6 days and that is for no result. 2. Rs 500 (approx) My sister bought Micromax Canavs Music on 07/07/2013. Since 05/09/2013 charger and USB cable was not working properly. I visited Service Centre for its replacement. They said that Charger and USB company are of Intex Company and do not belong to Micromax. Sir i got a sealed pack Box from Showroom and got Accessories of INTEX Comapny in the box. I was unaware of the Fact that there is no tie up of Intex and Micromax. I came to know about the fact only when Service centre people told me about this. I called customer care and they denied to replace the product stating that its your fault and you should see this at the time of purchase.ide as much information as possible... 3. My 6 days are wasted
