Motorola Defy + Mb526 — service center

i have given my phone(in warranty) in the service center for problem in on/off button on 19th of march 2013 and today on 4th of april also they are saying they don't have any update on my phone and maybe it will take 10 days more but at the time of submission they said they will return my phone in six working days and even after that they talk rudely over the phone and giving no update of the phone its the worst brand of cellphones in case of service.
