Sir,

Its already high time by arguing each other. U r motive is clear that u r not will to solve the issue in a an amicable manner.
I had already pointed in my previous mails that there are lots of problems with the set u had sent to me.
The battry back is also very poor. U r executive had assured that the backup would be around 5 hrs. And when an bluetooth device or handsfree is being used the other end user is not able to hear my voice from the set. And the battery charger cable is very very short whichg cant be used even for a basic model mobile phone. An there is a red color DOT on the touch screen.
Anyhow this is my final request / reminder to replace the SET immediately without further delay by sending the new set (properly Tested) and collect the old set sent by u to avoi further delay.
Failing to act atleast by now, will be compelled to approach the consumer court.

Hoping for u r kind cooperation atleast by now and act accordingly.

As per telephonic conversation u had said the same what evver u had said through mail. First of all i would like to question you that how come u had sent a faulty set with out checking it prroperly? And as informed soon after receiving the set there is a small red color dot in the screen. And the handsfree set when connected to other mobile phone works properly and when the same is used for the tab the voice is not received by the other end. Hence i am dam sure that the problem is with the set as the Bluethooth headset is also not working when its being paired with the device. And the charger cable is very short that even a local manufacturer does not provide such a short cable. And as said in my previous mail u had not provided any contact details about u r service centres, not even a single phone number. Now i doubt that are there service centres as mentioned on the list and as assured by u r executive at the time of placing the order. Yesterday u said it will take 20 days for replacement and n u r mail u say it takes 4-5 days. Right from the begning most o[censored] r promises differs. When it took just a day to deliver the set soon after placing the order, then why doest it take 4-5 days for replacement? Soon after the deliver i tried to reach u on the tollfree number but had to waste my whole day by trying again and again. Then how do i relay on u by send the set first?
As said through phone yesterday, kindly arrange to send the new set immediately without further delay. U r person can first check the product and hand over the new set to me so that both the parties will not have any problem.
At any cost i cant vist u r service centre as you had sent be an faulty set and its not even an week,now u suggest me to visit the service centre.

Hoping for your kind cooperation for an amicable settlement and request you to send the NEW SET (Properly Tested) and collect the faulty set from me at early without any further delay.

Below are the steps you can follow:

1) You can visit our nearest service centre to get your issues sorted.

2) If you do not wish to visit the service centre you can send the Tablet to us so that we can get it checked from our Product Testing Team and we would inform you regarding the same.

3) We can also arrange for a Reverse Pick up to collect the Tablet from you.

Please note as we are shipping a few thousand tablets every week which is a delicate piece of equipment , despite of special packaging , a few of them are experiencing an error due to the wear and tear received while shipping.

As per your communication with us and our records we understand that you have received one of such units which is experiencing some errors, we apologize for it again, but as we are committed to our customers , in providing them high quality products and a good consumer experience , we will be happy to replace your unit with a new one.

Following is the procedure for the same :

1.) Kindly put your unit in the original box with all the accessories ( cables , manuals etc) and keep it in a courier envelope or a box. The goods shipped without any of the accessories and with any signs of physical damage will not be replaced.

2.) Our courier person will come and pick it up from the address provided by you , once shipped the unit will take maximum 4-5 days to reach us and a new unit will be shipped to you immediately with a new airway tracking number.

Note : in order for us to collect your instrument kindly pack it in a bubble wrap and enclose it in a cardboard box, as an appreciation against this favor and against the inconvenience caused to you please note we will ship a free tablet case to you.
We will acknowledge a receipt and you will be intimated with a mail once we dispatch your replacement unit from our warehouse.

Sir,

This is regarding your product `Swipe Tab All in One which was
ordered by me on 25th Dec 2012 and the same was delivered by you on 26th
Dec 2012 through Aramex courier against paying Cash amount of
Rs.12000/-.(Invoice No: CRS/WGL/2529). The Box pack consists of one Tab,
One Handsfree without mike, USB/Charger. There is a small Red dot on the
touch screen and the same was complained to your customer care executive.
When i tried to use the handsfree, i found that there is no mike in that. I
could only listen music and cannot make/recdeive calls using handsfree.
Yesterday i visited the Local electronic market in Chennai to purchase an
Bluetooth Headset and tried around 7 Bluetooth headsets, But the paired
bluetooth headset did not work properly. I dont the voice on the bluetooth
headset and if i use some other handsfree which has mike in it, i am just
able to listen but the person on the other end cant listen to my voice. I
t called on the tollfree number and complained about all those and was
told that a call back will be arranged but non of them bothered to call
back. And today finally when i called u r customer care number around
3.10pm, one Mr. Mahesh spoke to me and i complained him everything. And i
was asked to send a request mail for replacement. Even the battery backup
is very poor. As promised by your executive at the time of odering i was
told that it would be around 5hours(Talktime) but it doesnt last for more
that 1 and a half hour. And the battery charging cable is very short that
not even a chinise or and other local company will provide such a short
charger. And there is no prrovision for USB dongle (Tata photon) data
card. Finally i am not satisfied with the product as promised by your
executive.

Finally: the service centre list sent by u doesnt have any contact details , not even an contact numbers. Are those genuine service list

Anyhow i request you to replace the set immediately along with the
handsfree. Battery charger etc against a new set.


Awaiting for your speedy action without further delay.

In u r reply is not at all clear. As said earlier, u had sent an faulty set with so many problems with the set. Even the battery backup is very poor. Even though the mistake is from u r side u r not willing to send the New well tested set, instead u want me to visit u r service centre and handover the set over there. If thats it why should i buy a set from a company who give replacement guarantee? I wonder how can u send an old faulty set stating it as new set? u had already waisted more that 10days and wasted my time. Hence u r suppose to consider this mail as case sensitive and send the new set well checked and take back the old faulty set sent by u immediately. Failing to do so, u will r suppose to bear all the expenses and waste of time and mental torture which u r suppose to bear all the damages which i have and still facing till date. Due to u r mistake i am not able to use the set or concentrate by business for which u r the sole responsible and all the legal and other charges will be claimed.

Dear Sir, - Mr. Sundeep/ Mr.Mahesh,

As discussed through phone today noon with me and with the service technician (Universal Technologie. 25,new no.34, 2nd floor,thanikachalam,t.nagar, chennai-600017.
I had handed over the All in One Set with box pack consisting of All in one set, Battery charger with usb cable, USB port in good working condition, Handsfree etc and the same was received by Mr. Raja and had issued the JOB Sheet No: 874, dt: 8.01.2012,
The Online work order no is: RVSRN1301UTG00004.
Reason for returning the set at u r service centre is as said earlier, the Battery backup is very poor, the handset becomes hot if kept it on for more than half an hour. Small Red colored dot on the touch screen.
Battery charger cable is very very short. And the Handsfree / Bluethooth head set works at times and at times doesnt work.
All the above mentioned faults are right from the begning and the same is being accelarated right from the begning and no proper response or action has been taken from u r end instead i have been asked to handover the set at u r service centre at the very next day after receiving the set which is not at all acceptable. Anyhow as an final try and as per my the advise of my Legal adviser i had handed the box pack consisting of All in one set with all the accessories at u r service centre against the job order no: 874 beliving atleast by now u will send a fresh set which is well checked and QC passed so that the same problems mentioned above doesnot arise again.

I wish the Fresh/New peace wil be sent by u within a day or two.

Dear Mr.Sundeep,

As per our telephonic discussion held today morning over phone and as per u r instruction i had taken back the ALL IN ONE SWIPE SET from your service centre (Universal Technologies). Hence i once again request you to send the new (Tested Set)
at early. Kindly ensure that the new set u r going to send is brand new and throughly check by your R & D Team. The major problem is Very poor battery backup which is hardly for 1 and half hour and the red color dot on the screem and the handset gets heat.

Awaiting for the new product.
