Timtara.com / Samsung Mobile — Non Delivery of Product

I have Placed an order on 12-Feb-2013 for Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 mobile phone for Rs 11,990,As per terms order should be delivered withing 21 days (3 weeks) but till 11-Mar-2013 I have not received any response from timtara ,neither my product is delivered to me .I have been doing regular follow uo with the site customer care number but they have not responded with any favourable answer ,they always says to wait for more time .Order No[protected]
