[Resolved] Wickedleak Inc — Very bad customer service | |||
Sir, I am Jaison Thomas from kerala. I have purchased wammy passion y hd from wickedleak on june 19th. Thanks to the delivery i got it on 25th june. The phone was working fine for 2 days until i noticed that one of the 3 capacitive touch buttons i.e the back button lighting is not working. Then i called the wickedleak customer care and they told to try factory resetting. I resetted as per their instructions and still the lighting problem persisted. I called CC(cust.care) again and they told to record a video of me resetting the phone for them to inspect. Now i recorded the video and send them through email. I waited for few days for them to reply and no reply came. At last i called the CC again and this time they are saying, it is because of me the problem is occuring. They are saying that i pressed the capacitive button too hard, so the light is not working. Now, i must say that im using touch screen phones for like 10 years. I decided to buy a new touch phone before a year ago. After doing 1 year research i decided to buy this phone. So its very irritating for me to tell my friends about this problem. Now, for the last time i called on 9th july 2013 and now they are saying i should sent it back and i should pay for repairing it. I think even flipkart gives 30 days replacement guarantee for products. This company has given 1 year warranty and still i wont get a new phone eventhough i lodged the complaint after 2 days. please help Sincerely, Jaison Thomas, Contact no- [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I had purchased wammy passion X mobile from Wickedleak site. My order number is 003867 dated 14/05/2014. There was add that, you purchase this mobile, you will get Rs 1500 voucher in your account and it was highlighted to Wickedleak customer support at that time. Ms. Jassica was the representative and she was told, it is already assign to your account, due system problem may be you are not able to see it. She told when you want to purchase new mobile, you will be eligible to get this voucher benefit. Please check conversion between me and Jassica regarding this.
I request you to please look into it and add my vouchers as agreed. I want to purchase new mobile.
I would be highly appreciated your positive response on this matter.
I had requested above to wickedleak customer care and they told, you purchase new wammy one mobile, we will give flip cover free of Rs 1500. Actually, this cover is part of wammy one mobile package. In that way wickedleak customer care made me fool. If you see video on wammy one page, you will get idea tha what are the accessories are included in this package. Also on the same page 2nd video shows, wammy one is 1.7 Ghz and its specification shows it is 1.4 Ghz. It is contradictory with each other.
I request all customer to do not buy any mobile from this site. It is fraud company which shows fraud advertise and customer care speaking lie.
Wickedleak customer care is speaking lie and showing fraud advertisement which will not implemented in actual.
