Hello Consumer Complaints,

yesterday i raised a complaint on REDBUS but today i got a call saying that Sir you registered A complaint in INDAIN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS on REDBUS Am from support team of REDBUS Name SANDEEP Saying that because of complaint in Consumer Complaints we agree to refund the Amount to your Account. He Asked which Bank i said ICICI but he said we are from indian Consumer so we accept Government banks so i said i have SBI account.

He said we will transfer the Money to your Card so i provided the card details. he said we agree to pay the Amount of Rs.4500 later he called again asking for OTP I refused to give.

One thing I posted Complaint on your webiste without giving My number how he came to know my Mobile number?
