Mobile Phone — Not receiving

Please provide as much information as possible...I booked one yureka plus mobile phone with amazon but I m not receiving it even the due date is crossed. I have rang up to customer service also but they also did not do anything. Now if don't get my product in another 24 hours then I will move to consumers court. I m fed up with your service.
