Mobile Recharge — Payment Not received

I have transferred the amt 24414.50 on 5 june 2021 from my Yes Bank A/c related to Payment to Muthoot Finance through techprocess payment the amt is debited form my A/c but its showing failure in app.And the Muthoot Finance comapny has not received it yet.Please Confirm and resolve it on priority.
