[Resolved] Aircel Telecommunications Company — Aircel 3G/2G internet access not working in Pune for Bangalore Prepaid Number | |||
Aircel Team I have raised a complaint on 30-July-2013 with Aircek service request number 1-[protected] but still network issue not yet get solved so I don’t wants to continue with Aircel. According to discussion with Aircel customer care I had done 3G recharge of Rs. 697 on 29-July-2013 with AIRCEL Transacation ID KA[protected] but from recharge date not a single time I am able to use Aircel Service as no network available so please refund my amount. You need to add the access point as aircelweb on your mobile to access the internet.
Have you spoken to the customer care about this.
Aircel Prepaid — Internet Connectivity
I have aircel prepaid connection. I recharged for 3G internet connection a few days back. but since then i have not been able to connect to the internet. every time i call the customer care they simply send me the gprs setting. after several such calls, another customer care operator asked me to create new setting, deleting the old ones. since then i am not even getting the internet symbol on top. another operator asked me to change some other settings in my phone but to no avail. all they have done is put me on hold and make me talk to customer care operators who can barely speak english. im very frustrated and angry. Aircel Prepaid 3G — 3G Charges on 2G Usage
I have a 2G plan on my phone which gives me free usage of 2GB per month. However, I have been charged at 3G rates and my account balance has been deducted by around Rs. 100. I had never opted for 3G usage. Hi,

Aircel — No internet access
I have requested for internet access by recharging Rs 98. Till there is no response from AIRCEL Customer care. When called Customer care,they simply put on hold for 30 min but not responding. We fill cheated due to poor response and negligence.Regards,
