Today I.e.Aug18,2013 I have tried to recharge my TATA DOCOMO phone [protected] two times with refferance number MSPD[protected] and MSPD[protected].But before entering anything in the box there came the reply "Transaction Unsuccessful amount deducated contact [protected]@billdesk.com for any enquiry ".Is there no check on such unscrupulous activities?
