Idea Cellular — Rude customer care executives - IDEA

Recently I have migrated my mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. After migration i was unable to use the GPRS serrings on my handset. when contacted customer care they first said that you need to install gprs settings as the sim provided was new and then i was provided with GPRS settings. I was asked to wait for 48 hours as per the idea standard process.
But even after 48 hours, I was unable to connect to GPRS, when again I contacted customer care they were unable to locate the problem and my call was ATLEAST TRANSFERRED TO 6 -7 members of customer care, where u had to explain my problem to each and every one from the begining. my patience was tested to the core by these guys, these guys even dont know to speak in english and was speaking in totally buttler english.
After 45 mins of my call i was told that my number still has GPRS settings activated on the prepaid sim and hence i was unable to connect the the GPRS on the migrated postpaid sim. I was asked to call the CUSTOMER CARE OF prepaid dept and request them to cancell the services on the prepaid sim, as untill that happens i cannot use GPRS services on the migrate postpaid sim.
I called up pre-paid dept made them under stand the whole story, where indeed i was MADE TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM TO atleast 4 -5 tele calling executive, I dont know why they did so, but they every executive after listening to the whole problem transferred my call to the some other new tele caller.
After a long struggle, prepaid dept understood my problem and asked me to wait for 48 hours to let the services get deactivated on the prepaid sim.
I waited for 48 long hours, but the query was still not completed. Postpaid dept simply said that the services are still active on the prepaid sim and cannot activate the settings. Post paid dept again asked me to call the prepaid customer care.. and the worst thing was the prepaid and the post paid dept were not communicating internally, i was like a postman between prepaid & postpaid customer care executives.
My patience was tested to the core and i couldnt continue to bare any more patience... so i begged and requested the customer care to cancell the GPRS SETTINGS ON BOTH PREPAID AND THE POST PAID SIM as this would be end of all the conversations.
WHICH INDEED THIS REQUEST WAS TAKEN IMMEDIATELY BY THE CUSTOMER CARE.. and they deactivated my GPRS settings completed with in hours(1 - 2 hours)

After 15 days, i was forced to call back the customer care to activate the settings back, as i use this number for business pupose and need the gprs all the day.
where at the customer care one MR.GUNDLA MAHESH answered my call on 14.04.2013 at 15.29 hours and said that the services would be activated by 12.00 hours on 15.04.2013.
But as expected even on 15.04.2013 the services were not activated and i was forced to make call to customer care.. where one Ms.Kameshwari Usha answered my call at 17.29 hours on 15.04.2013 and simply said that the services are not activated and the suprising part was that... she didnt know the reason why... I requested here to transfer my call to senior executive where after 15 mins on hold.. my call was still not answered.
even this lady was unable to speak properly in english and hindi.
I again called up where one MR.KRANTI KUMAR answered my call and as expected even this guy was unable to communicate properly and kept my call on hold for 24 mins..
but no one answered.

now finally i have the following questions to IDEA.

will IDEA BE ABLE TO ACTIVATE GPRS SETTINGS ON MY NUMBER.
WHY IS IDEA HIRING IN EFFICIENT PEOPLE WHO ARE SPOILING IMAGE OF IDEA AND MAKING CUSTOMERS ANGRY.
WHY DID THE GUYS AT THE CUSTOMER CARE WHERE NOT SPEAKING INTERNALLY BETWEEN POSTPAID AND PREPAID DEPT TO SOLVE MY ISSUE.
WHY WAS I MADE TO DO SO.
WHY WAS I MADE TO WAIT FOR THIS LONG DAYS.

I need answer from idea or i shall go for MNP.
my company also holds about 18 CUG connections of IDEA and I will also MNP all the numbers at the earliest.

Idea — Limited call connection to customer care executives

You guys have made a limit for calling to customer care :-):-). And if your gprs softwares have some problem then better see to that there will be no more problems regarding that :-):-) if you are not confident about that better increase the limit or the best thing is you people can follow the spice people where they used to had unlimited number of times for calling customer care :-):-):-). So i think that you will oblige my request :-):-):-)

Idea cellular customer care — Not able contact customer care executive

Many time I want to contact costomer care.but most of time call was disconnected and iam not able to customer care.
