Hello My name is Anjan Kumar Nayak and am living in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. I have Purchased a Mobile Phone made by MICROMAX Model No. C-115 on 6th June 2012 from Bhubaneswar. But after using the Phone for just 4-Months I felt the Battery Problem i.e the Battery didn't Provide Back Up after full Charge and finally one day the Mobile Phone got Switched Off Permanently.
Then I lodged a Complain against the Battery at Bhubaneswar MICROMAX Service Center on 27th Sept. 2012. They told me there is a Problem in the Battery, so they will exchange the Battery because I was in the Warranty Period. They told me it will take minimum 7-days to Provide me the new battery as they didn't have the stock in their store.
But yet after 15 days they are Playing with me and telling that there is a Problem in the Head Office, therefore we are unable to Provide you the battery.Sometimes they are telling me there is no Stock of the Particular Battery in the store of the Head Office and it will take another 15 Days to Provide you.
So my Complain is that if the Company hasn't the capacity to Provide a Battery after damage of Old one then why should they Sell the Product ? They should stop selling these kind of Mobile Phones. Was this information helpful? |
