MTS Recharge Offer — cheated twice by recharge offer from MTS

I have got an sms from MTS was as follow "Dhamaka offer for u, Recharge with Rs 121 & get Rs 121 Full Talk time instantly + 50 Locals mins Free in 24hrs. offer only for today. Free mins valid for 5 days From:Mbonus20/10 13:43". And I recharged this amount at 10:30p.m. of the same day. on 22/10 I call customer care and they replied that as it was sun day on 21/10 I have to wait and see for one day.I call again in 24/10 this time they took a complain & number was C[protected],and next day on 25/10 they also took a complain(i don't know why?)& the number was C[protected].on 27/10 I asked customer care for assistant they answered me that this offer is not send to me and i am lying.I have still this sms on my inbox.is there any way to case on them for unwanted harassment to customer.I too cheated before.
