[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Sending wrong bill

Since 8-9 month ago, i have converted my connection prepaid to postpaid and take a plan 599. i saw where i was living there are no network so i have complain that solved this issue because that number was very important. He did't anything so i thought why we pay 599 because we cant call to our contact circel so i have changed my plan 599 to 99 basic plan. how much, i will call i will pay that to RIM but i saw the bill he mentioned same plan 599 to my next bill so i have called in customer care but he tell that to me we cant do anyting because computer is genrated the bill and this is final bill. He did't helped me , everytime customer care say you will be pay that amount which our computer is genrated.
I was not pay that bill amount after some time he is my block my connection and said to me when you will pay i will start you connection. I will pay you amount but please open my incoming connection beause this number is important to me but he did not open my connection and that time i was travelling in train. after 6 month one caller from relaince communication and said to me, i am sending you a notice to you because you have not paid you bill amount. i have said please correct my bill after then i will pay you bill amount but he dont want to listen this.every time he cut my phone or hold me near about 30 mins because that number is very imporatant. Now after some days , i have recived a called from relaince hired lawer, he said to me pay you bill other wise i will send you a notice to you i said to him pelase correct my bill i will pay you remaining amount which will be correct.
Kindly contact the person, he is telling,i am a lawyer of Relaince communication and said to me, pay you money within 1 hour. He is ordering to me. I am attaching a my bill. kindly check.

reliance communication - mobile — wrong billing

I have postpaid mobile since last 2 years on conversion from prepaid. earlier bills were very high but i could not do any thing as i did not know where to complain ? because on every complain, reliance customer care replied the fixed answer " every thing is allright.there is no mistake from our side"
in last month, I have not down every call details on 10th of june, 08 along with all engaged calls and details of duration of each calls from ringing time and from pick up time, I surprised to know that the company has charged on every engaged calls.
the same thing was happend in all bills since begining because my almost every calls were more than 2 to 3 minutes and I always try to repeat the calls to a same person on engaged call. but the company has charged on all calls repeated and all calls less then 30 sec.. please let me know, what to do? please help.
because the company will not do any thing.

Idea — send the bill wrong person

i am not give a connection in idea pospaid bot that pepole sending a bill at my home what is this what happen i want use my phone in prepaid last 5year only reliance but this bill is my adrees plz search iam not submiting any document in idae plz identity proof

reliance communication - mobile — Termination Request not honoured

Dear Sir,

Wish to request you that I had applied for the termination of my Reliance Mobile Connection number - [protected] at Reliance Nehru Place, Delhi Center. in Feb'2009.

I was asked to pay the bill for whole month inspite of the fact i had applied for termination with immediate effect. I made the complete Payment and Had submitted a written request in your duly filled format for which I have the Receipt of submission.
Since I was asked to pay the bill for whole month I had asked your representatives to terminate the no immediate effect and till such time for the balance period of service request time my calls were forwarded to another number of mine.

My that cycles bill, which reached me by post at the end of month mentions the total usage to be negative. that means i had receivables from the Reliance communication Company.

Now to my utter surprise my connection has not been terminated till date and reliance Representatives from various call center keep on calling me to the bills reliance is unnecessarily generating inspite of having been served a written request duly signed in proper format and acknowledged by their representatives too.

Is this the way reliance makes an attempt to befool the innocent customer or try to play around with the hardearned money of the customers by making them pay for the services they never wanted to use.

If reliance has a policy in place that says that they will not terminate the number inspite of having given written request, why were we not informed about this at the time of request submission.

To the Policies if we talk I understand even making me forcefully pay the bill for whole month and not terminating my no considering Prorata charges while they do adhear to prorata practices while selling new connection. should it not fall under MRTP and I recommend TRAI to look into the same and help / support the concerns of innocent people like us.

I expect no double standards from reliance and look forwards that my bills which have falsely been generated as i have no willingness to continue reliance services be waived off.

Does it not becomes the duty of TRAI too to look into these issues and look frame a better policy to safeguard the intersts of customers against such companies.

requesting Reliance to put their efforts in more productive efforts rather than harrasing innocent customers like us.

Reliance Communications — wrong information provided and not corrected.

I recently purchased a Reliance broadband data card from one of your dealers called “ BRC solutions”. They informed me that since I was working with HP I will get a discount on my monthly plan as well as my activation. They informed me that the monthly rental for my plan will be Rs 1099 which is a nationwide 10 GB plan. When I received a verification call from the reliance team, they informed me that my monthly rental is 1250. I told them I am supposed to get corporate discount. They said to get in touch with the dealer. I tried calling the dealer several times but they were not able to help, told me to call customer care. I feel I am getting a run around here and need a solution provided to this to avoid any further frustration and changing my plan.

, I was told that I would be getting a speed of 3.1 mbps, so far it has never exceeded 348 kbps which was the second lie. Please look into this matter asap and please provide me with the options about the corporate plans that I can switch to.

I then requested for a plan change to corporate plan of 850 per month 10 GB plan and someone called me and confirmed that the plan is changed but when I received my bill this month, I discovered that my plan is still not changed.

I am agree With you i have many time called to reliance customer care he did not answering of any complain. always tell to me our computer is not working so i cant help you . every time...say this .our computer is not working and he holds me near about 35 mins..

very fraud company. inhone mera bahut balance kata hain aur bolne per bolte hain ye service activate ho gayi..are kaise ho gayi main apne service scheduler laga rakha hain kya..
