[Resolved] Reliance Communications Rt Unlimited 1499 — Lack in service despite repeated complaints | |||
My Name is Xytiz Saraf. I have a Reliance communications Mobile connection with a monthly rental plan of Rs. 1499. In this plan, I am supposed to have access to internet all over India. I am supposed to be given 3G connectivity where Reliance holds the license for it and 2G connectivity in all other locations. There have been several occasions where I have traveled outside my home network and have not been able to access any data connectivity. On all of these occasions, I have contacted the customer care unit of reliance communications. On most of these occasions, I have not been able to get through the customer care itself. On the occasions i have managed to reach the customer care, they have provided me no help at all. They promise to resolve my problem within a stipulated time but fail each time. Finally, i lodged a complaint with the appellate authority. They replied by saying that they will resolve the problem and reply within 7 days. Those 7 days are long gone and I have yet not received a reply of resolution or any other kind from reliance. I am attaching herewith emails from me as proof. Kindly help me with this.
