i am rajeev from pudukkottai.i bought the sim in aranthangi.25 rupees sim.it used in 1 month.one day night call i am speeking .call cut . sim card registration failed. my college id for pfoof to retailer

I have purchased new sim card of reliance not it's asking for pincode when we start a mobile,

ON DATE[protected] I FOUND THAT MY BALANCE IS REDUCED BY RS. 40. WHEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD THAT I HAVE CALLER TUNES BUT I NOT INFORMATION ABOUT CALLER TUNES ON MY NUMBER. I UNSUBSCRIBE CALLER TUNES AFTER THIS I NOT SUBSCRIBE. BUT CUSTOMER CARE SAYS THAT I SUBSCRIBED BUT THIS IS WRONG. THEY MAKING FOOL TO CUSTOMER . I MEAN TO SAY IF I SUBSCRIBE TO CALLER TUNES THEN RULES SAYS THAT COMPANY SEND INFORMATION ABOUT CALLER TUNES TO CUSTOMER. BUT I DONT GET ANY INFORMATION. I COMPLAINT TO NODAL OFFICER BUT NO RESULT YET.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

Reliance Smart Mobile — BALANCE DEDUCTIONS

Respected Sir/Madam.

I am using Relaince Smart Sim card. Every 5th 6th and 11th date of the month, my money is being deducted. I dont know how my money is being deducted from the mobile without any cause. also I donot activate any kind of services or hello tunes. More important is that your customer care executives do not speak to us properly.

Sir, I am a very old person and also not so sound financially. so, please try to return my deducted balance and stop any further deductions from my phone. If it is not being stopped I am left with no obtion than to file a complaint against you.

Smart — Deduct the balance

Mr.Maheswar Senapati has a Smart mobile having the no.[protected], He has the bill on rs. 4800/-. He has recharge it , all are deducted. He dose not no about the credit.Can you query it? and solve it.

Reliance — regarding deduction of balance

I have already lodged a complaint on 14th august 2011 regarding deduction of balance.The deducted amount was credited to my account balance.but the real problem was not solved.Still everyday Rs5/- and 5 paise is being deducted from my balance.i call to customer care everyday regarding this problem and i am getting different reply from them everyday.today they told me that i have problem with my handset and they cant do anything.if this is reply to customer then reliance should really feel ashamed to provide customer service.i am fed up of calling everyday to customer care and listening their different excuses.On 20th august,2011 at 5:51 am i received a message that a cricket match day pack has been activated on my number and rs 10/- was deducted from my balance.when i called customer care they told me that i had received a call regarding this and according to them i had put a request for this.in fact i have not received any such call.on the same day at 7:13 am i received a message that cricket match day pack has been deactivated.I was refunded only rs 5/- instead of Rs 10/-.You should take some stern action against these things.One thing more i work in a bank and due to unavoidable circumstances i have to leave my mobile at my home.therefore i could not receive your call last time.i therefore request you to please contact me after 7 pm or before 9 am.waiting for your action and reply.

Reliance Communication — deduction of money from mobile without any reason

hi, i m user of reliance cdma i m really tired from there balance deduction they activated service from there own side n didnt return back my money it is happend many times it is happened again recently in feb 7th i recharge wid 120rs in november and on feb my balance was 94 rs and certainly when i saw my balance that was only 49rs and i asked in customer care number so they told me that yes we will return ur whole money so return me 30rs n remaining 15rs they donot give me n i call n mail on their customer care mail id n number they told that please wait u will get your balance in 24hours but i wait but didnt found any balance and from3days my 1rs also deducted regularly and i got a msg from their side that callertune has activated and your balance of 15rs will be deducted on 18th so please control this harasment on customers n refund my money as soon as possible

Reliance — Regarding call with my balance deduction.

No call is connecting *333/198,,when it is connected then they are saying every time they are updating system.
