I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH RELIANCE BUT FROM 2 DAYS I AM FEELING KIND OF CHEATING AS, BLOCKING 198, HOLDING CALL ETC BUT MY CONCERN IS :- 1) WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION ( COMPLAINT ID[protected] IT WAS PROVED AND CHECKED BY THE SERVICE EXECUTIVES AND THEY REPLIED THAT THIS PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED IN 2 DAYS, AFTER GETTING A RESOLUTION MESSAGE TELLING THAT RS. 5.46/- HAS BEEN POSTED FOR WRONG CHARGING, STILL I HAVEN'T GOT MY MONEY BACK. 2) WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTION BETWEEN THE PARTICULAR NUMBER ON WHICH I WANTED TO USE THE MY COLLEGE PLAN OFFER. I AM HAVING RELIANCE TO RELIANCE LOCAL ON-NET PACK ACTIVATED ON MY NUMBER VALID UPTO 6/10/13, AND IT IS WORKING PROPERLY ON ALL RELIANCE LOCAL NUMBERS EXCEPT ONLY ONE NUMBER, DON'T KNOW WHY, THEY DON'T HAVE THE REASON FOR IT. THEY ARE CHEATING ON ME. 3) FIRST MESSAGED ME MY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED IN TWO DAY THEN THEY EXTENDED IT WITH A NEW COMPLAINT ID FOR FURTHER TWO MORE DAYS. 4) I WANT TO USE MY COLLEGE PLAN BUT I REALIZED THAT THIS OFFER IS A SCAM AND RELIANCE IS ILLEGALLY MAKING MONEY BY THIS ATTRACTIVE OFFER ON ITS WEBPAGE, , I CHALLENGE RELIANCE IF THEY CAN PROPERLY ACTIVATE THIS OFFER ON MY COLLEGE GROUP, BECAUSE I REALLY WANT TO USE IT, AND CALL & SMS @ 5P/MIN.
