Reliance Telecom Infrastructure Limited — No Receipt of Land Lease Rent

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing this on behalf of my father. We have given one of my land on lease rent to Reliance Telecom Infrastructure Limited to set up telecom tower. As per the agreement with Reliance Telecom Infrastructure Limited, rent will be paid on a monthly basis. However, this lease rent payment term has been revised to Quarterly basis later on.

Taking consideration of the revised payment terms, due date of lease rent payment for the last Quarter(October to December) of calendar year 2012 from 16th November to 25th November 2012.

As on 22nd December 2012, we have not received any payment for this. We have not received any communication regarding this delay also. After trying several times to contact them over telephone we have not able to get any information regarding this delay or approximate date for clearance this payment. This is critical situation for me, as my livelihood is also depends upon this income source.
