[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Postpaid Mobile Connection — Wrong Commitment of Postpaid tariff | |||
Respected Sir, I am Sandeep SV, using a Tata docom number[protected], which I took under 899 Unlimited Plan (Call’s and SMS-Local & national). Last month onwards all my messages are chagrining. When I enquired with call center, I come to know that as per my plan while roaming my SMS is chargeable. I took this connection September 2012, after activation the 3rd day I moved to Kerala on deputation. My 1st bill was not charged but from November onwards all my SMS are charging. As per the tariff showing my SMS rates is 0.84 Ps /- but charging 1.20 Ps /-. After activating and before using my Docomo line, I was taken confirmation from Call Center and other concern team in Docomo about the free facilities. And month on month the commitments are changing. I want an immediate solution because I have another Post Pay number[protected] and the Service is Vodafone. Because Tata is provide this facility last few months I am not using Vodafone. And I am all ready declared my Tata Docomo as my new official number.
