Mobile — Wow dive - in pop up issue

Hi, i am getting a docomos flash alert on my mobile (samsung j5), like "dive in now", with ok and cancel button. no matter what button is pressed it again pops up. if i click outside the flash alert, within 1 minute it will pop again. i am not able to perform any other task when this happens. it last for at least half an hour. i called customer care and they told me like its a setting done from my mobile, like go to settings > message > disable service msg/ flash/ anything related. but no such options were available, when i told this they said they are not responsible and can't do anything. and also i visited dococmo store in my near location but no solution found. is there any solution for this other than number porting?
