[Resolved] Mobiletopup.co.in — Refund not initiated after 7 days | |||
On[protected]:43pm I tried to pay Idea Postpaid bill for an amount or Rs. 571/- through MobileTopUp.co.in website. After applying coupon code "MTU10" they gave me discount and I have to pay only Rs. 542.45 through PayUMoney gateway. And amount debited from my SBI a/c. But so far they had not paid my bill and refund process has not been initiated. My Transaction Id is MTP08108742. I mailed my complaint to their customer care but they were not replying. Then I called customer care phone number [protected]. At first they took the phone and replied me that you will get the refund. But now they were not answering the phone only hearing music.
