On[protected]:43pm I tried to pay Idea Postpaid bill for an amount or Rs. 571/- through MobileTopUp.co.in website. After applying coupon code "MTU10" they gave me discount and I have to pay only Rs. 542.45 through PayUMoney gateway. And amount debited from my SBI a/c. But so far they had not paid my bill and refund process has not been initiated. My Transaction Id is MTP08108742. I mailed my complaint to their customer care but they were not replying. Then I called customer care phone number [protected]. At first they took the phone and replied me that you will get the refund. But now they were not answering the phone only hearing music. Please take necessary action to get my money back.

      Complaint against Mobiletopup.co.in (online site) Myself Manish Sharma. I shortlisted in their weekly lucky draw in which if i recharge from their site & get selected in their draw then they given me Samsung Galaxy S5, Rs 10000.00 worth of recharge & Reebok Goodies worth Rs.6999/-. On 7th Oct recd a mail from their company to claim the same. In which I agreed to claim the prize & paid the amount (Rs.18, 404/- as TDS amount against the winning amount). On the same day I paid Rs.1000.00 (online) as confirmation amount & paid rest amount i.e. Rs. 17, 404.00 on delivery of product. Now yesterday i recd. phone via courier, I am surprised to see that the phone which is of big brand Samsung was not genuine, it’s a true copy or clone of the same model, which is sold in markets in just three or four thousand rupees. I also notify their department and concerned persons Mr. Kabir & Mr. Rajeev against the same and also told them the whole scenario on phone & mails too. But Now they not answering my calls and every time they give me different excuses. Please Help.

        I am goutam buddha.I was bill paid of vodafone no [protected] postpaid no on 15th sep 2014.as per your offer i paid you 501.6 rs in place of 528 rs bill amount by citi bank online payment.my order id was MTP15096057and payment given card no [protected] on 15th sep PayUSBIPG ref no[protected]. I was complained 7-8 times but till today not replied and not refunded my money. I think as per your refund policy if recharge not successful amount is automatically refunded on that account by which i was paid. I was checked on mobile topup sites than recharge fail shown.Than as per refund policy why my amount was not refunded.Than please suggest me what i do. presently i am in ranchi for govt helicopter flying.I reched delhi on 20th oct 2014.Can you suggest me it is possible to claim by consumer form. I think this is last option because 500 rs is valuable for every middle class family. on 1 st oct i got monthly statement by citibank than we found only 501 rs debited and till today not credited.

          hi i had made recharge from mobiletopup.co.in website and after few days i got message from them and they saying that i had won samsung s4 mobile and 25000 recharge.and they ask me to pay tds amount of same i.e 18000 and after discussion i had pay them 1000 online and balance 17000 after i recieved my courier and that to was no open dilevery. and after payment i got the mobile which in not geniune one. please help me out what to do now i am in big trouble.

            Hi I make a payment towards my postpaid vodafone mobile [protected] bill of Rs 715 on this website on 22nd Sept 2014 Order Id : MTP22099243. Amount was deducted but they guys are not processing the payment now. Neither there is a way to register a complaint on website nor they are receiving the phone calls.             I got my refund after sent mail to payment gateway i.e. PayU... A Big Thanks to PayU that is trustful... But i suggest that don't go to Mobiletopup.co.in for recharge...

            Today i got a call from mobile no. [protected] & he is asking for my credit card detail indcluding CVV number & he is saying that it is refund code not cvv number. He is thinking that people are fool... i haven't given my cvv code to mobiletopup.co.in & he is saying without this they can not process the refund... IT IS TOTALY FRAUD...

            Please advise shoud i call to police on 100 & give this mobile no. to him for further complain.

                I am goutam buddha.on 15 sep 14 i recharge a postpaid no [protected] vodafone.From my acc balance are debited and your site also showed recharge successful but in aroud 30 hrs when i check from vodafone site my payment is not shown.Order id is MTP15096057.PAYMENT AMT IS 528 RS. what i do.this is first time in my life.

                when i checked in account details recharge failed shown. five minutes back one person called by personnel mobile and he asked me card no, security no. written on card than he told i will return your amount on your acc. But i felt very badly no any company or person ask me mine security no .My bank also send me every month you should never provide anyone to security no.he told me you go atm and change pin.this is not right way to ask any one. This is not first time to me.Payment successful but recharge failed. after two or three days it will automatically returned that money on same account by i have recharge. I am in ranchi when i return in delhi than i will ask about this matter to my bank.and i will also called you by that mobile no.I think this is very simple way to return same amount and on same bank if you are a guinune partner or guinune person.

                  mobiletopup.co.in is a fake site. Please do not recharge from here. i have received a call from mobiletopup and he asked me for my card details but not promise to recharge. i am going to consumer court for the same.

                                  I have done a Booster pack recharge of Rs. 398 using www.mobiletopup.co.in on 15th October 2014.
                                  The payment was done using my Citibank Debit Card. So far the recharge not done to my mobile. I have sent a mail to customer care of Mobiletopcup website. But i have not heard any reply yet.

                                        People who run this site also run flymantra.com
                                        also all the transactions are processed through PayUindia
                                        I also got cheated from this company but i e-mailed to PayU who took up case with flymantra and I got my refund back.
