I bought mobile issue for my htc desire 820 in nov'2014 for 2 years extended warranty. In nov'15, my phone's screen cracked and i called for support.
After 1 week, i got a revert saying we cannot fix it as the value of your device vs repair charge is low. I was promised for a cheque worth 3800 inr which was to be delivered at my residence by 31st dec'15. It's been 5 months now and everytime i call these people, i get excuses in delay...

the time that company take to recover my phone is more than it is being used
worst service ever
we can't even contact them as their lines are always busy

I registered a complaint on 13th Jan 2016 that from the last 2 months I am continuously follow up with them that when can I get my handset but the day I registered my complaint I got the immediate response but very sorry to say now the handset which they have given to me as per their words first of all they have swapped but actual its not, and also mobile speaker and the touch button is not working now when I am calling them to tell them...
