Mobiwik — refund not done... no feedback from their customer service even after multiple approaches - its a fraud company | |||||
Hi, Done a dth recharge transaction via one mobikwik. Transaction failed but money deducted from account. It's been more than 5 days and no response. Complaint raised via their chat service but no response. Their service is the worst one i ever encountered with. They don't have a customer care cell where we can raise complaints. Their chat support is worst. Requesting all to remove the mobikwallet the worst one ever came across. Ref-mk01006kaokb Multiple complaints raised all of them showing in process. No updates. Not sure what to done.. But surely uninstall this fraud company's app once will get my refund Was this information helpful? | |||||

I paid R.S - 230 through mobikwik wallet for buy a purchase from eBay. But this purchase I return and eBay refund my money 23/03/18 but mobikwik can't not refund my money in my wallet . eBay refund reference no is LMBK[protected]. Plz help me to get my money as soon as possible. Why mobikwik not reflected my money in my mobikwik wallet .

I have done a recharge on my airtel mobile. Recharge has not been done and also refund is not provided. Money of Rs. 400 is deducted from my account
