Mobobiz — complaint regarding non delivery of redmi 9 pro mobile with order no 2124058

On 14th july i had placed an order for redmi 9 pro mobile with order no 2124058 and the transaction id was [protected]. They replied to me that the order would be delivered within 1 week. Then on saturday i. E. 18th july 2020 they messaged that your order has been cancelled and refund is initiated and would be received by next week.. Then next week also i kept on following up but they said that it would be received, and suddenly by the weekend their website was shut down and nobody from their customer care picking up my calls. I need my refund of rs 13499 at the earliest. Kindly take suitable action.
