I have purchased a jindal 1 hp oil filled borewell submersible pump with control panel costing rs.4200 ad the product i received is totally damaged, old with complete dust and not working also. I contacted their customer service number and no one picked up the phone. I'm attaching the photos of product herewith. Please do the needful. Order id: 2518259. Also i could not find service center of the manufacturer anywhere.

    I have purchased 3 led bulbs in this site i have received only two. I have not opened the parcel for 5 days i have opened it yesterday i have seen only 2 in the package. Yesterday itself i have shared this information with moglix using whatsup app group no respond. Today i have called to them, they cooly says the request can't be taken since you have 48 hours to raise the complaint. They even explaining only about the policies only. They don't have any idea of helping to find the missed. So kindly help me how to solve this

      I ordered an vox 1800 watt induction cooktop from moglix on 19/12/18 at time of purchase its delivery date was 26/12/18 but it delivers on 04/01/2018 after th product arrived i unboxed the package the product was i get was novella 2000 watt at first i think it was vox induction cooktop but when i tested product it was faulty it was started irregular and soon my one area of house electricity short circuited, after that i again started the cooktop electricity again shot circuitted

      my order id was 2429228

      i want my full refund of product that i was paid

      after the incident i called the customer care 5 or 6 times but they disconnect every time after 1 minute saying that our customer care head was busy on another complain please try again later,
      after that i contact on their custumer care email and they responded after two days

      And paid through Freechqrge app the same was cancelled on 17.03.2019 due to price problem.Till now I didn't get refund. Please resolve the problem immediately.

        I had purchased one luminous inverter trolley in november and paid the same while delivery. The item was damaged on arrival so i requested for refund. The item was reverse pickedup and delivered also back to them. The same was acknowledged by moglix. I gave them the details of bank account for refund and after 10 days they said it is bounced due to incorrect information. Now i again sent another bank account details, till now the amount has not yet come. Several emails are sent by me. I called the customer service centre several times which says they the refund is in process. I have not been given the reference number for refund. Kindly resolve the issue as its more than 50 days of purchase.

        I had given the copy of the account passbook to them via email and yet I have not got the refund or any update regarding the refund.
        I did not get spray machine pipe how can I use without pipe they are not receiving my call
        I have still not received your UTR number or refund till date. Kindly inform the future cause of action.
        I received a damaged kettle with broken handle and it's not working even. It doesn't have even have a working charging pins.. There is no complaint section on the website as well.. In case of exchanging or returning there should be an option in the website.. I just received my order..

          I purchased a fair deluxe 360 degree easy magic floor cleaning mop, on moglix for rs 550. I paid using google pay. Payment is deducted from my bank account. However moglix is showing payment failed against my order.
          There is no option for raising complaint on website. I have attached screenshots of payment confirmation on google pay and the order status on moglix.

          Hi, on 13, Jan, 2019 I have purchased a spanner set of 12 from moglix.com the product I received is totally waste of money they said that the spanners are of chrome vanadium but they are of very bad quality even some of them are rusted kindly help me in returning those spanners.

            I have ordered kirloskar submersible pump 1.5 hp on on 24/10/2018 on moglix by paying ₹10890 online.It was showing delivery date on 01/11/2018.But it was showing any tracking detail till date .Now its status is showing product returned.
            It has not given any info on call or mail.There is no update regarding my payment if it has returned.Also there are no option to contact them..i am not getting response from whatsapp number mentioned on moglix site.

                    Today[protected] saturday i receive an order by curier from moglix by 30 nos of 12w coolday white led bulb by order no. 2350794, after i receive the package i plug the bulb with an electric. And after switch on the holder the bulb automatically give a sound like a little blast and the bulb slowly decrees his power and its shut down forever. I received v-guard crystal plus stabilizer but the stabilizer is not a fresh peace because there is no company seal in this stabilizer, no guarantee card, no fixing screws, no marking band for screw fixing, no sticker in the middle of the stabilizer (Electronic voltage stabilizer) and full of scratchas on both sides.                             I am sorry to say, two materials i have purchased form Moglix both are found some defects fully /partially. there is no response from your end.
                            Ordered Bosch GAS 12-25 PS 1350W vacuum cleaner on[protected] through Bajaj EMI card, but the very next day I had to cancel the order for some reason but till today that is[protected] Moglix didn't make the refund.

                              Moglix is really fraud and cheaters. Worst customer service Please don't buy anything from moglix any body.

                              I placed an order on June 8th estimate delivery date is June 17th. Till now (July 10) I have not received the product. I called so many times to customer care. Every time I call customer care representative said to me " wait 24 hours you will get the product if not we will cancel the order" but it's not happening. I sent emails also but no response.

                              Please don't buy anything from stupid moglix

                                Hi guys, don't get lured by these cheats.
                                They offer crazy deals and rip you off in broad daylight. They even offer extra 2% discount for prepaid payments.

                                  Placed order of the accu-check active glucose monitor with 10 free strips = 02 nos vide order no - 2272921 placed on[protected] and paid through paytm wallet for rs 2547.77 accordingly debited from my account and on the same date i. E on[protected] cancelled the above order, but the amount not refunded. So you are requested to kindly arrange to refund the said amount immediately

                                    I purchased a weight scale below are the details. The product is damaged and i want to return and refund the same.

                                    I'm really not happy with the service.

                                    It's delayed in delivery also.

                                    Quality of the product is very worst. I didn't expect this from you guys.

                                      I purchased a weight scale below are the details. The product is damaged and i want to return and refund the same.

                                      This is the most disappointing service which was offered had to gift the same to one of my client and he sent this picture when opened.

                                      Its highly embarrassing and your site does not have return policy also they send damaged goods and duplicate stuffs

                                      Kindly assist me on this matter at the earliest.

                                      The call center is not answering the line and I feel their site is a scam as they send damaged as well as inferior product
                                      Order a Dr. Morepen Gluco One 50 Strips, BG 03 on 2nd july 2018, Moglix show that it will delivered on 10th july. But till now not delivered. Contact with Moglix customer care always said delivered within 24 hours.
                                      Product is used in medical purpose and its urgent but they are not delivered it in time.
