I made an order with my online banking for an item (Cera ocean quarter/half turn cl217 wall mounted sink cock) costing rs 1101 on 5th feb @ 22:28. It was confirmed on the next day but not despatch even after 10 days. Then, out of frustration i canceled the order with the expectation that my money will be refunded back to my bank account within a week or so. But no refund or even a single msg or information is to be heard from moglix.
I have done online shopping in different shopping sites, but never have i experienced as with moglix.

    Dy. Ee testing akola under maharashtra state electricity transmission company ltd had placed an online order for purchase of eight pairs of hilson make, z+1, safety shoes for departmental employees. The payment of rs.14400/- was made on 06th october 2017 through neft to m/s moglix account. After payment, m/s moglix didn't not deliver the product for one month. After constant follow up with m/s moglix on their emails namely [protected]@moglix.com and [protected]@moglix.com, the e-commerce outlet delivered only three pairs of said shoes in installments. Out of eight pairs five pairs are still to be delivered. M/s moglix is just buying time by adopting dilly-dallying tactics. Upon contact with their customer care executive, they assure delivery everytime but to no avail.

        This is how moglix operate

        1 they offer higher discounts to attract customers.

        2 after customer orders product they immediately confirm the orders.

        3 then begins hunt for the cheapest refurbished damaged or faulty product available in the market.

        4 if not found after 20days they will ask you to take refund.

        5 once the cheap product is found they ask the seller to ship the product without any quality check.

        6 its takes aweful amount of time to ship the order since they are keep trying for lower priced damaged product

        7 once you receive the product if you take the gambit and keep the item just to found out the some of the features or a minor damage or the product was already refurbished.

        8 after 7days if you dont raise the refund congrats to you you have been a biggest bhakra.

        9 even if you raise for refund it takes another 15 or more days to refund your money this is you keep asking for refund and track them.

        So i would rather spend 50rs more to get the product in amazon or flipkart who gives respect to customers.

                Ordered black & decker 12v cd121k50 cordless drill and cheston srew driver set ch-6032a.
                I received wrong charger (6v instead of 12v) and the battery was almost completely drain, after charging with the correct charger for about 5 hour the drill will only run 10 second and the battery got drain again.
                For the srew driver set they sent me cheston ch-tk6036 which is of cheaper value.
                I request for reverse pickup through mail and live chat many times for the past 13 days and got replied that an arrangement will be made for the same but nothing of sort happen till date. It has been by far my worse online shopping experience.

                    What a poor response.. I have asked them for the refund of my product 2 months ago as i recieved a defected item.. Since that day i havent recieved any calls or mails regarding.
                    They too asked me to send the pics of the defected item and i did that within the same hour but no use. FAKE PROMISES.
                    After that they asked me to submit my bank account details.. I provided them my details too but after that I waited for about a month but no refund..
                    I tried calling them hundreds of times but everytime their customer executive is busy.. I want this issue to be resolved ASAP..

                        I had purchased Urja lite 50W led flood light vide your invoice noMS8B50ZZ7/16-17/0460 dtd.06/13/2016 against order no.[protected], which had failed within 60 days as against warranty of one year and the failure was reported to my consumer court.com on10/08/2016 for replacement or refund of cost amounting to Rs. 949/- and which was acknowledged vide their mail dtd. 13/8/2016 and followed on 20/8/2016, 26/8/16 abd7/09/2016.                             Just i have purchase Havells 4 blade Fan and found in 1st attempt it was damaged in transport so reverse pickup is arranged by Moglix and after 15-20 days I received another parcel against same order as a replacement with Scab of fan inside the box today on dated 7th JULY 16..

                              I had purchased 3 ceiling fans from moglix.com on 22/april /2016 by paying rs.19, 217 through online credit card transaction. They did not process the order and also no intimation of status provided. So finding fraudulent act by moglix team i made call to their call center many times and finally got the call connected. Useless call center. Finally the customer agent took the cancellation request on may 2nd and told me the refund will be intiated...

                              I bought one no. Accu-check active glucometer for my spouse from moglix.com vide order no.Xoanbgqpr. Item has been delivered on 01 apr 16. On opening of package, it is found that vial containing 10 test-strips with this pack free is not inside the box. Order has been placed with the company after viewing the product contents very well. I have contacted their customer care number [protected] and also send e.Mail at [protected]@moglix.com but there is no response from their end. I therefore say that company must provide the vial containing 10 test-strips with this pack free of charges immediately which is clearly displayed on the box itself.
                              Issue still unresolved.
                              Moglix is 3rd class online store, beware.
