I am waiting for your response for exchange of wrong products that I have been communicating for more than a week. Can you please expedite your response.
Please take your wrong products back and either provide me with the replacement correct product of Abbott FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Glucometer Sensor (Pack of 2) or issue a refund of the amount paid.

Background:
I had ordered Abbott FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Glucometer Sensor (Pack of 2) - Order ID: 6941357 on Mar 28, 2026. The order was delivered on the same day but with the wrong products. It was "Abbott FreeStyle Libre 2" and not "Abbott FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus". I have the 2 packets intact and am sharing the photos with product identification details. However, I do not have the Outer packaging or the shipment label as I discarded them to take out the products but realized later that the products delivered are not the same.
