i ordered an krost angle grinder from moglix on the 9th July that i have on 21st july When I unboxed it some parts were missing I put a return request on Moglix support whatsapp on 23rd After this the customer executive return request was approved in 4 days After this, on 28th July, the delivery boy took the package and with great difficulty reached the seller around 7 pm yesterday....

I had ordered the product Make: Balwaan 4 stroke Red side pack crop brush cutter MTAK-EN-BR-689 online through moglix app. The product was sold by Modish Tractoraurkisan Pvt Ltd, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The product was having return policy for damaged with in 2 days and for defective with in 7 days.

The value of the item is Rs 9900 /-

The item was received against my order No. 4629026 on 28-Jun-2023. Unfortunately the item could not be opened with in 3 days as I was busy with personal reasons. On the forth day ie on[protected] when the consignment was opened I was shocked to see the product casing was physically damaged. On raising the request for return in the portal, the same was rejected stating return policy for damaged is only 2 days.

Since the item could not be returned, I tried to assemble the product. Now I was surprised the clutch coupling is totally wobbling and the handle mounting assembly unit was having crack thereby the product sent is not only physically damaged but also defective.

so I once again raised the request about the defective item in the portal on the 6th day ie on[protected]. But my request was once again closed stating that the item is damaged and not defective and the return policy for the damaged item is 2 days from the date of delivery.

I tried to contact the customer care and explain the problem but their are not ready to accept the problem is defective and claiming only about the return policy of 2 days for the damaged item.

Hence, I here by request the concern to kindly intervene in this issue and arrange for return and refund of the product.

    I have taken Longway Creta 50 brown colour in March through moglix I have called for replace for getting loud sound in fan They told to repair with local electrician They will not replace fan They told to send fan motor to Delhi I stay in Hyderabad. How much courier price will be and how many days I have to wait for it so moglix site should take good product for any dealer please take action on it. I have written review in moglix but they are not posting

            I had made an online order of Dr. Morepen gluco strips on 28/02/2023. I was supposed to get it by 04/03/2023. Till today that is till 11/03/2023 I didn't received my order. I raised lot of complaints but all in vain. I was left unanswered. I asked them to refund my amount and cancel my order. They are not doing that also. I want to purchase outside but because they are not giving my money back I am not able to buy it outside. This is the last hope. Else I will go to consumer court. Day by day they are postponing the delivery date.

              I have purchased Kalinga 6mm 3core submersible cable 100 meter (2 roll) from Moglix.com I found the cable is in very poor quality. In emergency I had to purchased othe cable from local market in high price. I raised a request for return the Kalinga cable to Moglix, but my request has been rejected. The moglix customer care denied for changing. Pls help

                    I ordered Hilson agro safety shoes size 10 from moglix on date 13/02/2023 and received on date 19/02/2023 found shoes size 9 . It's quality is also very poor as per shown in specifications. They are cheaters. I am trying to contact on whatsapp but no any satisfactory answer received against exchange or return the ordered. This is not first time happened with me.

                      We ordered metal dump truck from Moglix order ID 4067455 (amount Rs. 8112.0) with Bigapple 300kg Capacity Metal Dump Cart, DCC 300 and it was delivered on 24 th September 2022, after four months tyres material is disintegrating and the trolley cannot be used. Asked the company for repair or replacement but they flatly refused, looks like fraud.
