Neither delivering the product nor giving the amount back

I had made an online order of Dr. Morepen gluco strips on 28/02/2023. I was supposed to get it by 04/03/2023. Till today that is till 11/03/2023 I didn't received my order. I raised lot of complaints but all in vain. I was left unanswered. I asked them to refund my amount and cancel my order. They are not doing that also. Product quality and size issue

I ordered Hilson agro safety shoes size 10 from moglix on date 13/02/2023 and received on date 19/02/2023 found shoes size 9 . It's quality is also very poor as per shown in specifications. They are cheaters. I am trying to contact on whatsapp but no any satisfactory answer received against exchange or return the ordered. This is not first time happened with me....

Metal dump truck

We ordered metal dump truck from Moglix order ID 4067455 (amount Rs. 8112.0) with Bigapple 300kg Capacity Metal Dump Cart, DCC 300 and it was delivered on 24 th September 2022, after four months tyres material is disintegrating and the trolley cannot be used. Asked the company for repair or replacement but they flatly refused, looks like fraud....

Refused to refund my money from failed payment error

They refused for refund my money due to failed payment error in moglix app.. after multiple requests I havent got any reply from them.. such a pathetic site.. they have stolen my money.. I am going to file police complaint and going to consumer court for same.....

Order not delivered as per promised ETD

Team,
Order no. 3943618 not dispatched yet! Promised ETD was today i.e. 18-Jul-2022, but the order has not been dispatched till now!

Please be aware that this was my first order on Moglix, and this is the first impression you're giving to one of your first-time customers! This is not fair and not done....

Order got cancelled automatically

Order id 3938827 shipped on 14th july. On 18 july it showing rto status on xpressbees courier before reaching the destination city.
also cancelled status on moglix order. They are saying its a glitch but according to delivery partner it is already headed to origin....
