I ordered a pizza on 23rd June 2022. My order got confirmed and was getting prepared. For 30min MOJO app shown that order is getting prepared and suddently I got a message that my order is cancelled. I ordered from MOJO for the very first time and got disappointed. I was promised the refund by 3-4 working days. And today is 29th June 2022 still no refund. I then messaged MOJO on whatsapp chat for my refund they assigned me a customer service assistant and I wrote my issue. To my suprise the assistant ignored my messages. Then I reached MOJO via Email. I sent 2 emails about my complaint and got no response in Email too. They keep ignoring me everywhere and everyday. I want my refund but I am helpless right now. Was this information helpful? |
